Not fit for purpose

Sadly this boot was not fit for the purpose. I measured my dogs paw but it was still too big and sloppy and was never going to stay on let alone by waterproof.

Not delivered in time (paid extra for next day) so could not use

I paid the extra for this to be delivered next day so we could use it before we went away. It took 4 days to arrive so we had already left by the time it arrived. Advised simpl2pets It had not been delivered and asked again for next day, their reply took another day so we had already left. Lazy / unprofessional or customer service resulting in prolonged discomfort for my dog.

I have been looking for a decent dog boot for years and years - never been able to find one which stay on my Great Danes - now have a Giant Schnoodle who redefines bouncy and hyper but this boot doesn't move!!
