    Absolutely fantastic company, the toy I wanted is available in 3 colours and it's supposed to be random but when my dog was a puppy he had a specific one and it was his favourite toy, so I asked if they could try to provide that one (if they couldn't I'd of accepted any without problem) they went the extra mile and made sure I got the one I wanted and was able to treat my 13 year old dog to a toy he instantly recognised and has been loving playing with, he had a stroke not long ago and seeing him like this is literally the best! Thanks so much!
